5-17-2015 > Berard Makes Local History with the Transport of Mr. Al
2When a new service road was to be contructed in Iberia Parish, only one thing stood in it's way=; Mr. Al, a 150 Year Old, 800,000 live oak tree. The Berard Team transported the tree one mile to a new resting place to live out it's days as a local site to see. Berard was proud to take part in this historic event. Check out the video below!

12-25-2010 > Berard Celebrates 65 Years of Excellence!
2010 marks 65 years in business for the Berard company. In 1945, Roy Berard Sr. came home after his first house moving job and told his wife that he’d like to move a “few more” houses. Those “few more” house moving jobs blossomed into the mega transport company it is today. His determination in advancing his business by being on the cutting edge in the heavy transport industry led to his company becoming a leader in the field.

That determination still carries on today with the second and third generations of the Berard family surrounded by a great group of dedicated team members.
Berard Transportation has become exactly the company that Roy Berard envisioned it to be, a company that strives to be the best, and one that achieves that very goal on every project.

The long awaited premier has come! The Berard Team appeared on a episode of Heavy Metal Taskforce.
Our very own Hubert Landry can be seen in the series commercial. The Discovery crew did a great job and made Berard look like a million bucks! See the video by clicking the link below.

5-25-09 > The Berard Team to be featured on Science Channel!
The Science Channel will feature the Berard Team in an upcoming show "Heavy Metal Taskforce" to air this fall. The film crew shot scenes at the Berard headquarters and traveled to Bayou LaBatre Alabama to film two liftboats being moved.

1-27-09 > The Berard Promo Video Now Online!
The long awaited video is here! The Berard Promo video is now online and ready for your viewing pleasure. Watch as the Berard Team tackles the big ones while making it look easy. Produced by Graphic Details Digital Media owner and Berard Marketing Tony Broussard, the video is a glimpse into the world of mega moving at it’s finest. We promise that it’ll be the best 12 minutes you’ll spend today!

1-18-09 > More Mega PST's Are Here!
What’s better than owning the only set of Mega PST’s in the United States? More of them! Berard has acquired an additional twenty axles and two additional power packs to add to our existing Mega PST fleet now totaling thirty-two axlelines and four power packs. The Mega PST’s have an axleline capacity of fifty-five tons per axle.

Berard wasted no time getting the new equipment to work. The new PST’s were picked up from the port of Galveston and went right to work in Freeport Texas to move the vessel featured on the pages one and two of this issue. The new units performed great and are a welcomed addition to the family.

9-1-08 > The Mega PST's Are Here!
As mentioned in the previous article below, Berard has acquired Goldholfer's latest advance in heavy transport technology, the Mega PST. They arrived and went to right work on it's first job moving a 1300 ton fuel barge.
The new transporters worked great on their first mission and we look forward many more successful jobs with the new PST's. Our clients and Berard will benefit from this new piece of equipment in the Berard fleet. It's another way Berard is investing in our future.

7-6-08 > Berard Team Travels to Germany
Braedon & Brett Berard recently traveled to Germany, the home of Goldhofer. Berard will soon be taking delivery of Goldholfer's newest breed of transporters, the Mega PST, which has an increased weight capacity of 50 tons per axle. The Mega PST's are also narrower than its predecessor at 8' foot wide and can raise to a deck height of 6'4" and lower to 48". Berard is the first company in the United States to purchase the Mega PST's, and the second one in the world.

The Mega PSTs will be totally compatible with Berard's existing Goldholfer fleet and will be an asset to our company as well as our clients. It's Berard going the distance for our clients by investing in the latest in heavy transport technology.

2-1-08 > Berard Launches New Website!
Berard is pleased to welcome our clients to our new website! Now our current clients as well as future ones have a place to see what Berard is all about. In addition to listing the services that we provide, a project gallery has been implemented where you can view some of our interesting projects. We would like to thank Tony Broussard of Graphic Details Digital Media for our designing our new website!

12-30-07 > Berard Takes Delivery of New Goldholfer Transporters
The new transporters are in! Berard took delivery of 12 additional axle lines of PST-E's, bringing our total axle line count to 52. We also purchased an additional powerpack module to bring our total power pack count to 5.
